As counselors, the needs of our campers come First. Our goal is to guide campers, set examples for them,
and help them to make good decisions. Doing this is not easy and requires us to think of others before ourselves
Being a camp counselor or staff member is an incredibly rewarding experience, and it is also hard work because
of the time commitment and the responsibility for the emotional and physical safety of children. We take this
responsibility very seriously and expect our counselors to be outstanding, responsible and dedicated role models
for children and other staff. To have the opportunity to have a significant positive impact on young people is an
invaluable experience, and one that will serve you well regardless of what field you choose to pursue.
