  • 1. A brief explanation of your current financial situation, why you need financial aid, why you want to come to camp. (not more than 2 paragraphs)
  • 2. A copy of the first page of your most recent tax return. (Minors, please attach a copy of the adult wage earners tax return.)
If we do not receive your explanation paragraph and first page of your tax return with the form below your application will be incomplete.
